Advisor Chat — Career Navigator Advisors are available for general career advice related to career exploration, planning, branding and transition, or for questions about the resources within Career Navigator. Conversations are confidential. Some areas they may be able to help with include:

General career planning coaching
Help with interpreting impact of career assessment results on job/career targets
Organising your thoughts and practising your message prior to holding career conversations with your Deloitte coach, leaders or mentors
Input into personal brand materials (e.g. CV bullets, elevator pitch)
Review and feedback on social media profiles
Critiques of your recorded video interview responses and live mock interviews for up to 15 minutes

Career Navigator advisors are not employed by Deloitte and won’t be able to provide guidance or answer questions related to Deloitte’s firm-wide or business-specific programmes, transfer process, etc. Instead, they will refer you to appropriate Deloitte resources, such as 1-800-Deloitte or your Performance Management coach.
